I encourage you to find your own questions that are of interest to you. Finding an inspiring question is sometimes already opening up a new field of inspiration.
- [ ] Write down in your notebook what makes you move in your surrounding. Supportive question for that can be:
- How do I feel when I observe that object or being?
- What sensation arises within me while I am observing?
- Which impressions make me joyful or sad?
